Data Base to Names&Cell Ids

Hello All.. until today Im using Excel to had all my network id for 3G and GSM but Excel is not enough. I need to migrate to a new data base..

Someone has any idea of a company that sale a program for this type of aplication or some can share me ideas.

I think that this aplication exist why how the BIGGEST CELL company do to has this type or data.

I will apreciate your ideas or suggestions.
