I believe those fields are there only for information purposes. That is, if you complete the whole PtP network design in Pathloss, you can also add information about IP addresses and subnet masks of your radio terminals for network management system.

If you're looking for more info about DCN in general, I can upload documents about Siemens SRA 4 and SRAL XD configuration for management purposes. It's not much, but it's something. Have some better docs, but I can't share them at this moment, sorry.
