Regarding the Tender documents for cdma 20001x and evdo system

Dear all

Our company is going to open the tender notice for cdma 20001x and evdo system.We want to buy new bsc ,bts,msc and other related system.But I have been assigned for BTS and BSC related parts.I am new in this field .I need the tender documents for cdma20001x and evdo system so that it gives me some idea about cdma system hardware and software parameters technical specifications .what are the parameter that should include in tender documents
for BTS,BSC ,ANTEENA, e.t.c?
