Yes this is the parameter to activate AMR and then you will decide which code you choose for AMRFR and AMR HR , if you have tight frequency plan try to choose for AMRFR 12.2 , 7.4,5,19 and 4.75 and for AMRHR use 7.4,5.19,4.75
