Model Extrapolation

Do you have any information regarding Models Extrapolation?
It’s a method to extrapolate your new model from existed one as both of them will be applied to the same area.
I have created my own UMTS models, could I change them to be fit to 900MHz?

I think yes, through Model Extrapolation but I don’t know how.
Please advise me ASAP as building new models is exhausted process
