Directed Retry Decision (DRD) parameters

Dear RF engineers,

I am looking for Huawei PPT or DOC regarding DRD.
Specifically, looking for the parameters that must be set on each pair of serving cell-to-target inter-freq neighbours.
For e.g. Blind Handover flag, Blind HO quality, DRD Ec/No threshold, MBDR flag, etc.

actually the attached document on DRD counters is not a fresh document but it is part of Huawei's official documentation on counters (most likely you have this already)
