Regarding HUAWEI e1552 to UMTS900

Dear Experts,

E1552 huawei modem supports dualband U900/2100. During data collection, whenever approaching to a u900 site, supposedly these modem should hold the serving frequency of the site but it fails.

I want to ask sir experts if there is still maybe at-commands nor firmware change on the modem in order to work to activate all bands? It should support U900 but fails to do so. FW version is 11.608.10.00.00.
