RBS site relocation

Hi Friends,

What is the fastest way to relocate an RBS in the same RNC? I think some experts here has done this many times, sorry to ask but I am new with E/// system.

Let's assume that the IP address, site name, ATM port or ethernet port, neighbor relations will have to be changed; RNC is the same.

Will Moshell scripts be faster than EM (xml plan activations)? assuming that I will also prepare the xml files. Which is more easy based from your experienced? Will we create a new site before deleting the old site's database or just set the parameters/change xml config?

Any existing sample procedure/MOP from past projects will be appreciated. We will have to relocate more than 100 sites.

Please, need an expert's advice.
