do anyone can explain about "activate pdp context reject" cause by "Protocol error, unspecified" ?? - from logfile R99UL/R99DL
and how to solve it???

Check first if the PDP context reject is caused by multiple IMSI that have an invalid APN that were trying to access data, check this in your SGSN.
Also check the PDP counters/capacity in your SGSN if its maxing out, it could also STP signalling in your SGSN is maxing out.
