You can use Vertical import with CI and LAC field (both Source cell and Neigbor cell) for Neighbor file (.xls) or Horizion import with CI only.

And with 65.536 maximum rows is ok because you no need to import more.

65.536 is not enough in case of vertical import as I've too much neighbors (I'm creating proejct for big area)

Kindly share with me one row as a sample for Horizontal neighbors import?
