3G/GSM Training Videos

Hi guys,

looking for more a reccomendation rather than actual content itself, i've just graduated with a computer science degree, and I have a keen interst in Telecoms, I would like to understand 3G/GSM or any wireless technology, so I can start my career in telecoms.

I was hoping if someone could point me to a good video tutorial or a good book which explains everything throughly, so i can get a good basic understanding of a technology.
