Yes it's possible but I did not see description of this possibility in any official document.
Anyway I suggest you to contact with Huawei for support.

These are interfaces (Optical/Electrical) that enable STM-1 transmission in the A interface.

you can mix it GEIUA with GOIUA

in my country used it
i'd like prefer to use GOIUA beacuse if we move BSC from MSC A to MSC B we don't need check MUCH of E1 crossconnect
