Hi guys.

I would like your advice.

The company i am working for is planning to move all the subs. from a speed of 64KBPS to 8MBPS.

The licence for the SGSN and the GGSN has been bought from huawei.

What are the other considerations that should be taken care of for successful implementation of the project?
