Rx qual sample issue in TEMS invst

HI All,
Anybody help me out in creating thematic map

when i create thematic map for rxqual using range, i 'm getting more "all other" sample than samples between (0-7).

When i use individual in rx qual thematic map i'm getting (-1) value, but when i export it in .FMT format there is no (-1) value

pls help..............
