Activation of 21Mb/s site

Hi,

We are in the process of activating a site for 21Mb/s. Can someone help me on what parameters (if any) need to be changed on the RNC to achieve this. Our current setup is 3.6Mb/s & 7.2Mb/s+Eul. We have already obtained all the necessary feature activation licenses but Alex is not very helpful beyond that.

For 21Mbps you have to activated Enhanced layer2, 64QAM mod, and Inc.Redundancy.

Thanks for the reply. This concerns the activation part (licenses). However I am interested to see if any rnc/rbs parameters need to be set/changed.

Further to my previous request we have activated the site but we can only achieve 12.8Mb/s in test conditions (isolated cell in a basement+test RNC). Any ideas as to why?
