Which tool can be convert dump to cell file

Dear leteo and everybody,

I know how to occur this error. And I know how to resolve it.

First, you must add reputation and thanks
Second, you download file attached (newest version). After download you extract all this file.
Third, you'll see 3 files: MMLs2MDB_v1.18.xls, Comctl32.ocx and Comctl32.dep. Then, you copy 2 files: Comctl32.ocx and Comctl32.dep into C:\WINDOWS\system32
Finally, you open MMLs2MDB_v1.18.xls and chose "enable this content". Then, you import CFMMML into Select Import Files.

It's DONE

However, this tool can not convert CFGMML to cellfile (*.cel by TEMS).
Hey b0r3l_1, Could you help me how to convert CFGMML.txt to export cellfile???

doesnt work even after this in win7
know any workarounds??

You can use Xeus (Free) to import the Huawei RNC CFGMML and create Cel file.

use the RAN report function in M2000 from there we can create the cell file So easily..
