Rf Parameter for GSM

I am looking for RF parameter setting for different vendors in GSM.

I am then going to combine them here. So please share ur systems RF data setting.

e.g. setting of
periodic location update timer(T3212),
Number of CCCH blocks reserved for the access grant channel AGCH (BS_AG_BLKS_RES).
