Request- LTE RRC parameters for lower layers

Hi All,

I am looking for any document or reference which explains various parameters (with details) configured by RRC to lower layers (MAC, L1).

Also during different procedures (RRC and higher layers) which all informations (All layers NAS, RRC, L2) is being transferred between entities. I know some reference i can get it from logs files present at - 3GPP LTE UE Conformance Tests Description and Logs but if some one is having any relevant material please share.
