Board: TRU, GRFU, DRFU
BSC: 6000, 6900

SW: GBSS9, GBSS 13

In my opinion these are old and new platform of Huawei. BSC600 is the old GSM used equipment that within the years evolved in BSC6900 to support single ran. I know that BSC600 was created approximately when 6810 was, almost in the same time to serve GSM. With simple software RAN upgrade both 6000 and 6810 can support single ran as well.
Regarding the cabinets is the same 3012 is the old UMTS cabinet that evolved to 3900 now supporting UMTS and GSM as some additional new features without additional board. GBSS should be the GSM software releases (I am not in details about huawei GSM).
