how can I calculate the utilization for ******** System
I have only 900 BAND and we are using AMR Half rate with other codec (EFR,FR,AMR)

On cell level..

check your network report how channels are defined on cell bases.
I.e. no. of duel rates in double(if TCH defined as duel rate) and Full rates(WITHOUT dedicated GPRS,SIGNALLING)

A-Calculate above TCH using ERLB(rough) with .02% blocking probablity due TCH assignment failiure in real time.

B- Calculate BBH (bouncing busy hour erlang).

B/A*100= utlization.. on cell base.

On network level..

A-Total TCH defined in network (twice for duel)

B-Total Erlang generated by network in BBH period

B/A*100 and average of this for working days. will give utilization
