    Hello,

    UMTS 900 with already define different target thresholds for the KPIs. The question is since there is small traffic expected on U900 and possible KPIs affection of this, does anyone can tell what additional KPIs tollerance can be proposed in this case i.e the purpose is additional rule to be defined?
