What is commonly used feature in RU10 and RU20? What are also commonly used parameters and its adjustments.
RU10 - HSDPA (14.4 Mbps)
Ru20 - HSPA+ (48 Mbps)/ DC HSPA 21Mbps

Some good features in RU-20;
1. CPC - Continuous Packet Connectivity. If your network has got good penetration of smart phones, it will help.
2. HSUPA 2ms TTI - Improves HSUPA throughput
3. Flexible RLC - improves user throughput
4. Fractional DPCH - Improves DL SF usage and RRC signaling latency is reduce.
5. HSPA 72 users per cell - improves capacity and scheduler efficiency
