Hi Expert,

Currently I need TEMS which can connect to Modem Sierra, for measuring Multi carrier of 42Mbps site. My latest TEMS version is TI 10.0.4 with dongle.
These modem can connect to this TEMS but I can't show information regard the RF part, i.e RSCP and EcNo

Can anyone help me to solve the problem, please

Dear jigol,

Different TEMS versions support different modem chipsets. Depending on your modem chipset you can determine which version do you need.

P.S. I didn't found any Dual Carrier modem that can connect to TEMS 12.0.x

Dear Rooser,

Thank for your information, just trying to install TI 12.0.3 from this forum and connect my modem. Shown the modem is detected with correct type, differently when i connect it to TI 10.

Since did't have the License then i can't connected and muasure the network, fyi also when connecting using TI 10, measurement for layer3 and hspa analysis are still can monitored, is it true or not? And how I can get the license for TI 12 or 13. Immediately?

Dear jigol,

I doubt that you will be able to connect your model to TI 12.0.x and get full functionality.

There is no fully working free solution for the newer TEMS versions.

There are few people that can offer TEMS solution, just check the forum.
