Siemens BR9 BSC & BTS Command guide

Hi all,

please find attached two files, one regarding BSC BR9 commands and the other related to BTS commands.

They include information about all configurabe objects and the related command description to each of them. These commands can be launched through LMT or using the command line interface (CLI) from RadioCommander.
