High SD drop, Quality degraded

Hi all,

I m facing big issue in my network, m working on 2G NSN network

from last 6 to 7 days both ul/dl Quality degrading of the site, i have tried ADj deletion,creation Site reset,sec reset,DAC check but still no improvment found

somehow one or two site improved but high SD drop start on these cell

pls suggest what should i need to do

i will appreciate your suggestion and give reputation

kindly to give more details like what is the scale of the problem, what is the situation of main KPIs , ...

Have u made a frequency scan may be this is due to an external interference

its in 14 cell out of 420 cell, both ul and dl quality degraded at same time, freq already changed no improvment found 1-2 cell improved after BCF reset

pls suggest if there any other option possible
