E/// High Slips only on OL

Hi Experts,

Did anyone experience high DCR due to Sudden Loss and it is only on the 1800 or OL Layer. When DIP counters were checked, high Slips were only on OL TG. I thought this was only and isolated case but it is beginning to be rampant on the entire network.
Would appreciate your response!!!!
