    why getting some "fast dormancy" phenomenon on Smartphone? answer is on this documention by NSN report

    Do you have any information regarding some projects that already implementation to reduce the signalling about this smartphone behaviour?
    Maybe you have the Huawei implementaion/research, much helpfull.
