Deployment of HCS

Anybody with experience on deploying Hierarchical Cell Structure (HCS) for Huawei 3G/HSPA system please share experience/doc/parameters setting/objectives....

One problem that I am aware of for all vendors is that it will "eat into" your SIB11 size (because of additional IEs), limiting the number of neighbours you can broadcast.

What about SIB12 and SIB11bis?

And question for experts, why nobody (i mean vendors) use SIB11bis like default? Do you know disadvantages?

SIB11bis is only standardised in Rel6 UEs and only mandatory in Rel7 UEs.

So unless the majority of your UEs are Rel7 (unlikely as there are only a handfull of such devices on the market) there will be no benefit.

What about SIB12 and SIB11bis?
