Can you help me with my Actix ? As you can see in a picture , the cells that i import in Actix , shown as small black circle . i ve searched every where , but find nothing .

Call Actix Support and have them find the cells for you or get your money back

Try to move your cellrefs file to other folder, re-appoint it when opening Actix. This happened to me previously but I couldn't find what is the real problem here... Good luck

how about this display.....gsm_huawei, in your xls file, the value of lat/lon should be switched?
