    Default CDMA HO Round Trip Delay

    Hi does anyone have any info on or can explain how to set the Round Trip Delay [RTD] in cdma2000 hand down hard hand-off?

    There is a document "CDMA1X BSS Network Planning Parameter Configuration Guide"

    Does any body have that? Thanks very much for any help.
