Attached a file with E******* neighbors definition summary
.- 2G 2G same BSC.
.- 2G 2G differents BSC.
.- 2G to 3G
.- 3G 3G same RNC.
.- 3G to 2G
.- 3G 3G differnts RNC

If I get at least 25 reputations and 25 thanks, I will post a video with any of the cases from the beginning to the end.

Are we just talking about different E******* RNCs, or 3G E*******-3G other vendor relations too?

Are these guide based on XML examples?

1) For this example are different E******* RNC, but it can serve other operators in a single direction.
