Neighbor cell for NASTAR import

Does anyone know from where to export Neighbor cell files (Bsccell.dbf, Extcell.dbf, and Nebcell.dbf) for importing into NASTAR GSM?

Thanks...but this is exactly the way I have been doing. Each time NBR relationships are changed I need to prepare this again and again. I was looking for importing Bsccell.dbf, Extcell.dbf, and Nebcell.dbf so that NBR relationships defining is much easier.

Prepare data to import for Nastar is really, because it depend on cell data which you have!!
it is not spent time of you so much
