LTE Physical cell Id

Hi Forum,

As you know in LTE each site have their own Physical Cell ID (similar to UTMS scrambling codes).
This Physical Cell Id is split in PSS (Primary Syncronization Signal) and SSS (Secondary Syncronization Signal).
To deploy a LTE network we need to define this PC Id per cell and my doubt is the following:
which are the rules to consider when you deploy a LTE network to assing this PC Id, PSS and SSS?
