Global HSN tuning
Hi friends,
Does any body has experience for global HSN tuning(for all cells belong to a BSC)?
What was the gain?
Which tool used?
If it was manually assignment based on which logic new values assigned?
Thanks

1. I sure someone has
2. If you're using SFH, there must be improvement in QoS, which in turn impact most of the quality related KPI.
3. That chapter should belong to a book which authors previously (in partial) owned optimi. So it's Optimi AcpAfp
4. It's not manual. Since it's based on "Collision Probability", i.e what is the probability of Neighbor Co-channel in MA List collide (transmitting at the same time).
Btw that table it's a study case over specific SFH strategy. So you can't re-use it.
I hope this clear

It's part of this book
"Advanced Cellular Network Planning and Optimisation"
Heh this is why i told long time ago in the forum that most of us are busy downloading material without actually read it...
