    Default PS/CS RAB SC Rate

    Dear all,
    I would like to as if any one have an idea about "pmcmstop".i saw this counter in graph and while this counter rising PS/CS Rab establishment rate is getting down.Equipment is e******* rbs 3106 and antenna k742236.The problem just on one sector.
