    Default TBF drop rate

    Hey need to know having 100% UL TBF Congestion on a VSAT sites with no channel counter being pegged have changed T3168 to 1000ms RSL LAPD Window link size to 48 have checked the license its correct tell me what other thing need to be checked how can I check client transmission in Huawei?
