In E******* Equipment why for Interactive PS (Rach/FACH) the network is not counting UeRc Traffic. Is any parameter or setting I may need to activate.. pls

So you are trying to get the number of Interactive PS User on FACH right?

The formula for PS Interactive FACH Users is:

Pint Fach_U_User(UtranCell)= pmSumFachPsIntRabEstablish(UtranCell)/pmSamplesFachPsIntRabEstablish(UtranCell)

Yes, on the UeRc counters I am getting cero values, like if no UE traffic is using FACH.

Check first the formula and counters value maybe there is something wrong on the KPI processing tool you are using.

If you still get zero values try to contact the engineer support of e******* on your company because this counters is default enabled and does not needs to be manually enabled for the OSS to measure.

1. cek for activated this feature
2. cek for setting on OSS measurement activated/not activated
