Job Responsibilities:

* Monitor and analyze WCDMA network statistics
* RF changes for Radio performance
* Radio Tuning,
* Analyze and optimize the CPICH coverage of a WCDMA
* Analyze worst cell list
* Maintains KPI’s
* RF knowledge about 2G/3G coexistence and co-sitting
* Drive tests in existing network
* prediction plots for RSCP CPICH Composite
* Recommends hardware modification
* Maintains TCP database and Site Handler database
* Definition of IRAT
* Performed Frequency, Neighbor, Planning for new sites
* Analyze and Identify Problem for worst cell list
* Generate weekly reports based on Network, BSC and Cell Statistics includes KPI and related counters
* Performed consistency check
* Generate scheduled BSC and MO dumps
* Performed OSS Recording
* Evaluate Radio Network Features and recommend solution to target cell problems ( Power Control, Intra cell Handover, AMR, Assignment to Other Cell, etc.)
