Hi,
Where do you see this drop reason coming from? Is it a MSC/BSC or MS?
Do you have traces for both legs, including radio and A interface traces?
I ask because I have seen this drop cause sent if Call for NrB is dropped with Recovery on timer expiry and in some cases this cause is sent to NrA (mostly it's Temporary Failure).

Whats counters says ? May be transmission interruption or remote transcoder fail ?

common sense : Network Drop due to Normal Unspesified this is beacuse IN problem or Core Problem not related due to Radio problem

Dear All,
When the one's party is dropped, the other party is also drop with cause code "destination out of order". The MSS is Huawei.

It may be "111 protocol error " just check TEMS logs

Most of the time, it's from the Core.
