1 question why cant i download the attachments ?

Your still new a member of the forum and not enough priviledge and credit to download some stuff. You have to share software or documents to get enough credit to download stuff that you need. Read the new comers section and follow the rules.

Ok, for the rules, ok for the credits (i've just finishing reading the newcomer sections) but in this way someone could wait eternally for accessing some document...

I don't want to be rude or disrespectful but i really don't understand those "coercitive rules".

Ok. Its simple, just share and you get credits.
