Inter operator Data throughput benchmark

Is it possible to benchmark data throughput of two different mobile using single pc & single software platform?? I mean can I establish two different internet connection in a single pc & download simultaneously using two different mobile or modem???

Nice question! I think that this is not possible, because you have some restrictions on your PC, while writing log files on your hard drive.
