1.Just browse CFGMML.txt from all RNCs
2.Click start.
3.Neighbor lists are in UMTS_NB and GSM_NB

Can u let me know on how i will have CFGMML.txt...? Do i have to take dump from BSC.../how....?pls explain that part clearly

in single ran platform you have to take into account different syntaxis of the commands in comparison with previous ones so probably it is not compatbile with them. THere is already such macro in the forum that extract all the parameters from inner config dump including neighbour relations, just search it. Keep walking man!good post.
