can anybodu tell me the calculation for back haul time slots for edge implementationi.e if we have defined 2 edge TS in each sector, how many time slots in backhaul need to define?

are you talking of the E1 links? 1TS on the E1 is 4 x 16kb/s = 64kb/s
1 EDGE TS = ~48kb/s hence you will need 1 E1 TS. On the E1 you have 32 TS so you will need only 1 E1 link.
