BSC6900 database inconsistency check

do you have any tools for database inconsistency check in bsc6900 ? as we know, we can get database bsc in cfgmml format, so we can compare with the standard value/network parameter template. do you guys have tools to compare it since the data is so many

The problem is not to compare 2 files.
This is easy task even NAstar can do it automaticlly.
I think he want to compare the main parameter in one RNC with some reference parameter.
This is a bit difficult task.
I didn't almost manually using the Excel parser on the MML and Access database and some queries.
But still a difficult task and too much time taking.
It will be very good if someone can share with us his experience in such problem.

to do this task:

You need to have CEM offline software "huawei software"
Backup BSC "dummy one" created by Data Configuration team contains cell with all defualt parameter

after load your BSCs to CME offline with that Dummy one
and simply do

Advanced/ Parameter compare/ Cell level
