Call Re-establishment docs

Hi,
I would like to ask if somebody have any documentation about Call Re-establishment feature (that would explain feature from both BSS and MSC point of views)
Ex-Siemens docs would be in great interest for me but other vendor docs also would be fine.

PS. As you see I am still junior member so I would really apriciate if you could share docs on any external link (You can share here the usual way and just PM me the link but it's up to you )
