Half Rate on AMR

did u know why in NSN Network after we setting FRU/FRL more agressive on HR but didn't running well still on Full Rate? If anybody know about it plese share this. Thanks

HR have more setting in Netac then please consider with setting core site and XCDR, hopefully this help

what is the value of FR and HR for the blocking cells
100/100 ?
we noticed same case in our network I don't know the reason (AMR config?, BCSU load?, transcoder case?) .

FRU/FRL : 90/70, no traffic on HR ? already check on dbase, TRAU, etc indicated on same setting, why happend on selected sites?

please change the FRL/FRU to 100/100 this is the agressive config.
note: you said that no traffic on HR??

i think for 100/100 will be make some trouble, please make sure with dbase setting or user UE (support HR or not)
