queries in Actix and displaying specific details
I would like to know how to run queries in Actix for GSM and are there standard queries available?
Also, I want to know how can I display the best serving cell at each point in terms of BCCH. Dedicated-ServCI does not work as It rather displays the signal strength.
Thanks,
Regards,
Amit

Click drop down in the logfiles loaded. Under serving parameters, look for Serving BCCH and drag it ro you map window.
Thanks and BR,

Re: queries in Actix and displaying specific details
Hi,
There are Standard Queries in Actix. You can see/add/modify them in Analysis Manager.
If you want to see the result from a query you need to "run" it. Under each device there is "Queries" category and from there you can see all the queries available in Actix.
There is a training material in the forum about creating GSM Queries in Actix. Just use the search.
As for BCCH, as freakturd06 said use "ServBCCH".
I think that it is better to use a phone that is in idle mode.

Re: queries in Actix and displaying specific details
Thanks Rooster[BG] and freakturd06. I did an offset for ServCI and ServBCCH and It looks good now. I find some areas where ServCI and ServBCCH are different but fortunately they were over small regions and no call drops occured there. Hope it is not a matter of concern.
