HSUPA throughput per cell/site

Hi Guys,

Please could you check in 15 minutes statistic what is your average and max HSUPA throughput per cell?
I know it is pending on the type of sheduler and licence politics of vendor.
I hope it is more than 5.8Mbps per cell/site if you are using 2ms TTI.

Here you can find HSUPA dimensioning.
So, it looks, that there is hard limit via channel elements - > see example 3.
Guys, how it looks in other vendors: E///, Huawei, ALU, ZTE?
