    I've a group of 3 cells which cover the same area but they share low Immediate Assignment Success Rate. Is there any way to check it via call trace? just to know if the cause is the same for all?

    yes , already tested in Huawei many times
    i assume same scenario goes for CTP motorolla
    is it random access failure or immediate assignment failure?
    if the three cells have exactly same KPI effect then it means that it's radio problem not hardware neither RF cabling
