    Default Huawei RNC and Cell level counters

    Hello,

    I am new to this but have a question regarding huawei cell level and rnc level counters. If I want to calculate voice traffic in RNC and use the rnc level voice traffic counter, would that be equal to sum of all cell level voice traffic counters? In my case, both are not same!

    Which counters you are using to calculate RNC level & cell level?

    I mean for any KPI. For RNC level counters they end with .RNC

    Like cell level counter is VS.RB.AMR.DL.12.2 and RNC level counter is VS.RB.AMR.DL.12.2.RNC
